I’ve made every effort to display the artwork’s size and color as accurately as possible, but please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in browsers, devices, and screen settings. These minor differences are not considered faults and will not be accepted as reasons for return.

Ordering

How is my payment processed?

I offer a variety of convenient payment options, including Paypal, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and other popular methods, allowing you to choose what works best for you. Rest assured, I do not store any payment information; your transactions are secure and protected.

Shipping

I've completed my order—when should I anticipate my painting's arrival?

Originals and prints will be carefully packed and shipped within 5 business days. For U.S. orders, artwork will be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the size and weight. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2-5 days after shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days in total for delivery.

Is shipping included?

Yes, shipping is included for orders within the U.S. For international orders, shipping costs will vary based on location.

Returns

What if I’m not satisfied with my painting when it arrives?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork, so I offer a return agreement.

If the painting doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days to contact me by email to request a refund. Once the return is approved, you'll need to pack and arrange for the return delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. After the artwork is safely returned, I will process your refund within 14 days.

What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?

All artwork is carefully packed and wrapped for protection. If you receive a piece that has been damaged during transit, please contact me within 7 days and, if possible, include a photograph of the damage.

Prints:

If a print arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, my printer offers a refund or free replacement, including shipping. Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Originals & Commissions:

If your piece is damaged during transit, don't worry – it's fully insured. In the event of damage, we can file a claim with the shipping company using the tracking number provided at dispatch. The claims department recommends taking photos of the damaged art and the original box for your claim.
